Terms of Sale, Payments & Digital Fulfillment

1.1Operating Entity & Agreement Scope
These Terms of Sale govern all transactions, digital downloads, e-books, and companion resources offered by Pranakind Team • Prana Kind Sanctuary Press, based in London, United Kingdom (referred to as "Pranakind", "we", "our", or "the Sanctuary"). By completing a purchase or downloading resources through our platform or checkout subdomain, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.2Pricing, Currencies & Payment Security
All purchases of digital e-books (including the Master Edition of The Sanatana Code) are quoted and processed in British Pounds (GBP £).
Payment Infrastructure: We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) alongside 1-click mobile wallets, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. All card and token processing is handled directly by Stripe, an audited PCI-DSS Level 1 Service Provider. Pranakind never captures, sees, or stores your financial or payment card data.
1.3Instant Digital Delivery & UK Statutory Cancellation Waiver
Automatic Delivery: Upon successful checkout clearance, your digital publication is delivered instantly through two channels: an immediate on-screen access button, followed by an automated delivery dispatch sent from sanctuary@pranakind.com.
UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 Waiver Notice
Under UK Consumer Law, consumers ordinarily possess a 14-day statutory right to cancel off-premises and distance contracts. However, due to the nature of immediate digital content, by authorizing your purchase you provide express request for digital supply to begin immediately and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right is waived once digital access or file transmission begins.
Faulty or Corrupted Files (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015): If you experience any corrupted download, broken link, or delivery failure, our London team will provide an immediate replacement copy or resolution upon contacting sanctuary@pranakind.com.
1.4Single-User Personal License & Copyright
Purchases grant a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for individual, personal study only. All texts, diagrams, Dinacharya routines, and Vedic frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of Pranakind Sanctuary Press. Unauthorized reproduction, public distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
1.5Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

All Pranakind publications (including The Sanatana Code and the Prana Reset Guide), breath pacers, assessments, and contemplative tools are designed strictly for educational self-care rooted in ancient Vedic philosophy.
We are not licensed medical doctors, therapists, or healthcare providers. None of our content constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment. Utilizing our platform or guides does not establish a physician-patient relationship.
Classical Pranayama practices (such as breath retention, vigorous exhalations, or rapid rhythmic breathing) alter autonomic nervous system state and blood pressure. Individuals who are pregnant, or who have cardiovascular conditions, hypertension, asthma, epilepsy, or psychiatric conditions, must consult their physician before participating. Never practice breath retention while driving or in water.
2.2Privacy Commitment & Client-Side Processing
Minimal Data Principle: We collect only your Full Name and Email Address solely to fulfill your digital orders, deliver purchase receipts, and provide customer support. We never collect telephone numbers, and we never sell, rent, or trade your information with third-party brokers.
Client-Side Reflection Autonomy: All interactive tools on our website—such as the Prana Assessment quiz reflections, 4-7-8 breath pacer sessions, scratchpads, and custom sound mixer settings—execute entirely inside your own web browser. They are never recorded, harvested, or monetized on our servers.
